What this means is that if you have shopped at CrossingMusic.com any time in the past 12 months, you have been earning credit to spend on a new order! The value of your purchases has been totaled (excluding any shipping or taxes), and the more you've spent, the more you'll save!

PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS: To see the discount you're currently eligible for, simply log in on the lower left-hand side of the screen, or if you've forgotten your Username or Password, use the "My Account - Login" at the top of this page. Once you've successfully logged in, click the "My Account - Login" link again, and your discount will be displayed below your Order Status.

Please note that your orders are associated with the email address you used when you set up an account. If you have created different accounts under the same email (because you forgot your Username or Password), all your orders will still be added together. However, if you changed email addresses over the past year, each one is treated as a separate account. You can still access any account you've set up (as long as you can remember your email), but each one will offer you a separate discount based on the orders totaled therein. Please call or email us if you have more questions about how this works.

Once you have accumulated enough purchases to be eligible for a discount (and you only have to spend a minimum of $25 to reach the first discount level) you will have 2 choices:
1. Use the current discount on the very next order you place.
2. Buy more music now and let your orders add up for a larger discount later...We've set up the discount percentage to increase the more you buy! Note that once you've redeemed your discount, your orders will start all over from zero.

So, it's all up to you - Use your discount whenever you want to save the amount you want! If you're placing a small order now but are planning to place a large order a little later on, you may want to hold onto your discount for that big order! We wanted to make the Plan flexible and tailor it to those customers who really are Frequent Buyers.
